About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with 710 years of IT recruitment experience to lead end-to-end hiring, manage recruitment teams, and drive strategic hiring initiatives. The role requires strong execution capability, team leadership, and expertise in recruitment metrics and HRMS tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end IT recruitment from requirement gathering to offer closure and onboarding.
- Manage and mentor the recruitment team; conduct DSMs and ensure productivity.
- Track hiring progress, TATs, SLAs, and ensure timely closures.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business and technical hiring needs.
- Build and execute recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, dashboards, and share regular hiring reports.
- Utilize HRMS / ATS tools effectively for tracking, reporting, and compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 710 years of strong experience in IT recruitment, including product, engineering, and technical roles
- Proven experience managing recruitment teams
- Hands-on knowledge of HRMS / ATS platforms
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent planning, tracking, and analytical skills
