Location: Gurgaon Work From Office

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Industry Focus: BPO / Volume Hiring

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end BPO recruitment

Handle volume/bulk hiring with tight TATs

Manage client coordination & stakeholder communication

Mentor and guide recruiters for performance delivery

Drive sourcing strategies and ensure quality closures
