Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead GTM(Go-To-Market) hiring, with strong hands-on expertise in end-to-end hiring delivery and recruitment strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- 12+ years of experience driving hiring for Sales and GTM leadership roles
- Must have - Exposure to Big 4 consulting environments
- Bring strong hands-on expertise in GTM hiring, managing end-to-end recruitment while continuously improving hiring frameworks, processes and talent quality
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing and Business leaders to deliver hiring needs and success metrics
- Own and drive GTM hiring strategy and outcomes, ensuring alignment with business priorities and delivering high-impact, measurable results
- We prefer candidates who are available to join immediately or short notice
