Talent Acquisition Manager – Healthcare RCM & High Volume Hiring

Location: Andhra Pradesh

Gloplax Solutions supports healthcare and RCM operations businesses with critical talent and business functions. We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager – Healthcare RCM to own and deliver high-volume hiring for RCM operations in Hyderabad — an urgent, business-critical mandate with direct stakeholder visibility.

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end talent acquisition for RCM operations roles — intake calibration, sourcing strategy, screening, interview coordination, offer follow-through, and joining conversion
  • Build and manage pipelines for healthcare RCM hiring across medical billing, medical coding, AR follow-up, patient access, prior authorization, and denial management teams
  • Screen candidates for communication quality, RCM industry relevance, shift readiness, compensation fit, and Hyderabad work-location commitment
  • Partner with hiring managers to prioritize roles, track funnel health, resolve candidate red flags early, and keep shortlisted candidates warm through offers
  • Use ATS platforms, recruitment metrics, funnel dashboards, and sourcing-channel analysis to improve hiring velocity and quality
  • Lead or mentor a team of recruiters ensuring disciplined sourcing, follow-ups, documentation, and candidate experience across high-volume hiring

What We're Looking For

  • 8–11 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience with leadership exposure in healthcare RCM, BPO, shared services, GCC, or high-volume operations hiring
  • Specific RCM industry exposure is a must — candidates should understand RCM talent markets, role families, compensation dynamics, and interview-drive expectations
  • Strong experience with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, referral channels, and recruitment funnel metrics
  • Proven stakeholder management, candidate engagement, and urgency in closing roles in high-volume environments
  • Comfortable with 1pm–10pm shift and six-day work week aligned to RCM operations hiring urgency
  • Talent Acquisition Manager, TA Lead, Recruitment Manager, HR Manager – Talent Acquisition, Senior Recruiter, or Recruitment Lead with equivalent experience are welcome to apply
