Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and drive end-to-end recruitment initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in strategic hiring, stakeholder management, employer branding, campus engagement, and talent pipeline development.

This role is designed specifically for professionals with extensive and hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle and contributing towards building a high-quality workforce aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple business functions and levels.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, references, networking, and campus hiring.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Screen, shortlist, and evaluate candidates based on role fitment and organizational culture.
  • Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives and improve candidate experience.
  • Coordinate and manage recruitment drives, walk-ins, campus connect programs, and lateral hiring campaigns.
  • Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports/MIS for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and industry best practices.
  • Mentor and guide recruitment team members, if applicable.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant and exclusive experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing methodologies, interview techniques, and recruitment analytics.
  • Experience in handling bulk hiring, lateral hiring, campus hiring, and leadership hiring will be preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in using job portals, LinkedIn hiring tools, ATS platforms, and MS Excel.

Qualification

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification preferred.

**Important Note

This position is primarily and almost entirely focused on Talent Acquisition responsibilities (99.99% Recruitment-focused role).
