Candidate should have experience in recruiting for Engineering Services - Oil & Gas

Must have Experience with Engineering Services recruiting specifically in domains like Oil & Gas, Wind Energy (Offshore/Onshore), Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Aerospace, Industrial, Biomedical, Geological, Marine, Materials, and Systems Engineering.

Must manage full-cycle recruitment, build candidate pipelines, and partner with hiring managers. Strong communication skills and technical understanding required.
