Job Description
This role will manage talent acquisition for DreamStreet and partner with the leaders on other HR initiatives and projects.
We're looking for a high-agency, collaborative team player who values good work culture and enjoys working in a startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Primarily handle end to end recruitment from working with the hiring managers on fitment, to attracting and onboarding the right talent for the team
- Support in HR Projects and day to day operations
- Culture & Engagement
Qualifiers
- MBA in HR
- 2 -4 years experience in Human Resources (with at-least 2 years in independently closing open positions across Tech/Product/Design and Operations)
- High ownership and attention to detail
- Good communication skills
