We are looking for a TA Leader with 16+ yrs exp in Recruitment who has led hiring & onboarding specifically in IT services including staffing
- Build & maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, priorities and expectations.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial sourcing to offer negotiation & onboarding.
- Develop & implement innovative recruitment strategies to enhance the candidate experience and employer brand.
- Stay abreast of industry bestpractices in talent acquisition & leadership hiring
- Incumbent will liaise with account teams and engage with business stakeholders to ensure fulfilment using multiple channels as appropriate
- Creates and executes a strong recruitment strategy to effectively achieve hiring goals through accurate forecasting and strong leadership
