This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Manager based in New Delhi. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be tasked with overseeing the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding. Responsibilities include developing and executing hiring strategies, implementing employer branding initiatives, coordinating interviews, and managing recruitment processes to attract top talent. The role also requires close collaboration with department heads to identify workforce needs and provide strategic hiring solutions.

• Strong expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and overall Recruiting processes
• Proven experience in Hiring skilled professionals for diverse roles
• Proficiency in Interviewing techniques and candidate assessment
• Capability to develop and execute Employer Branding strategies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration and candidate engagement
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of recruitment tools and HR software
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or certifications in HR are a plus
• Experience in talent acquisition within IT, technology, or consulting is preferred
