This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Talent Acquisition Manager. The role involves managing the full recruitment cycle to meet organizational hiring needs, building strong employer branding strategies, and fostering a seamless candidate experience. Responsibilities include sourcing, interviewing, evaluating, and onboarding talent while collaborating closely with hiring managers to align recruitment processes with business goals.

• Proficiency in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and Talent Sourcing
• Strong skills in Interviewing Techniques and Candidate Selection
• Experience in Recruiting and Driving the End-to-End Hiring Process
• Capability in developing and managing Employer Branding strategies
• Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the technology or app development industry
