Role Description

The Talent Acquisition Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The role involves managing the full lifecycle of recruitment, collaborating with hiring managers, developing employer branding strategies to attract top talent, and conducting thorough interviews. The Talent Acquisition Manager is also responsible for identifying and implementing best practices to improve recruitment processes and ensure the bank attracts and retains high-performing employees.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and effective Recruiting strategies
  • Proficiency in Interviewing and Hiring processes
  • Strong skills in Employer Branding and developing strategies to attract top talent
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
