Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Manager role based in Mumbai. The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead and execute the end-to-end recruitment process, including workforce planning with leadership, sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection decisions across functions. The role involves building and maintaining strong talent pipelines, managing candidate experience, and ensuring an efficient and inclusive hiring process. The Talent Acquisition Manager will also drive employer branding initiatives, including careers content, social media presence, and partnerships with institutes and networks to position Aromatan as an employer of choice. In addition, the role will analyze recruitment metrics, optimize processes, collaborate closely with hiring managers, and support broader HR projects related to talent strategy and retention.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in end-to-end talent acquisition, including Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, with experience managing multiple roles and stakeholders.
- Strong skills in Hiring strategy and workforce planning, with the ability to align talent needs with business goals.
- Demonstrated experience in Interviewing, including structured and competency-based interviews, and providing balanced, objective assessments.
- Experience in Employer Branding, including developing and promoting a compelling employer value proposition across digital and offline channels.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate qualification or certification in HR is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), professional networking platforms, and modern sourcing tools.
- Proven ability to maintain a fair, inclusive, and non-discriminatory recruitment process, respecting diversity in all hiring decisions.
- Prior experience in consumer goods, lifestyle, beauty, or related industries is a plus, as is an interest in fragrances and brand building.
