Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist – Tech Product & Data Hiring

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager with strong experience in Tech Product and Data hiring to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for Product, Data, and Engineering roles, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive closures for niche and critical hiring needs.

What you will do:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Tech Product and Data roles including Product Managers, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, AI/ML Engineers, Analytics, BI, Cloud, DevOps, and Software Engineering positions
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring requirements, team structures, and role expectations
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and market mapping strategies
• Screen profiles, conduct initial HR discussions, and assess candidate fit based on business and technical requirements
• Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
• Drive offer discussions, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination
• Build strong talent pipelines for niche hiring requirements across Product and Data functions
• Track hiring metrics, recruitment progress, and closure timelines
• Ensure quality hiring with strong focus on speed and stakeholder satisfaction

Who you are:

• Proven experience of 4-6 years in Talent Acquisition with strong focus on Tech Product and Data hiring
• Strong understanding of Product, Data, Engineering, and Analytics roles
• Experience hiring for niche skills such as Databricks, Spark, Cloud, AI/ML, GenAI, Product Management, and Data Platforms
• Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other hiring platforms
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
• Strong offer management and candidate engagement experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-growth hiring environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience hiring for product-based organizations or high-growth technology teams
• Prior experience handling both contract and permanent hiring
• Immediate joiners preferred
