Role Description
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment activities and build a strong talent pipeline aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate will have expertise in hiring across multiple roles, stakeholder management, and recruitment process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce planning and hiring needs
- Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through multiple sourcing channels
- Lead employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular hiring reports
- Manage and mentor recruiters and recruitment partners (if applicable)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
Requirments:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 58 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools, ATS, and sourcing platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
