  • Lead TA for one of the world's most significant consumer bases.
  • Influence country-wide workforce planning and talent strategy at scale.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of TA professionals covering multiple levels and specialities.
  • Manage team workload, redistribute resources during hiring peaks, and ensure strong performance.
  • Own recruitment outcomes for the entire US & Canada regions across all the functions.
  • Anticipate hiring demand and define sourcing strategies and capacity models for the next 12-24 months.
  • Solve cross-functional operational challenges and escalate systemic gaps where required.
  • Partner closely with HR and business Leaders to shape hiring strategies aligned to market dynamics.
  • Ensure a globally aligned, inclusive candidate experience across the USA and Canada
  • Execute global employer brand and attraction initiatives locally.
  • Maintain compliance with USA and Canada hiring regulations and TA governance frameworks.
  • Identify and escalate cross-market risks and policy gaps.
  • Identify operational improvement opportunities and champion global TA transformations.
  • Leverage data to optimize performance, drive efficiency, and address structural issues.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Talent Acquisition Leader should have:

  • Significant experience leading in-house TA teams supporting the USA and Canada regions, ideally in multi-country/offshore models, aligned with their timezone working hours.
  • Proven success in delivering large-scale recruitment across multiple functions.
  • Deep understanding of USA & Canada hiring trends, talent availability, and competitive market landscape.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to shape strategies and improve efficiency.
  • Experience in driving inclusive hiring practices and supporting diversity outcomes.
