Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Talent Partner with experience in end-to-end recruitment across functions and seniority levels, aligning hiring with business goals.
- Expertise in stakeholder management, working closely with leadership teams to understand hiring needs and drive efficient closures.
- Strong track record in sourcing high-quality talent through diverse channels, including headhunting, referrals, and market mapping.
- Skilled in managing the complete recruitment lifecycle from role scoping and candidate engagement to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Data-driven approach to hiring, with a focus on improving time-to-hire, candidate experience, and overall recruitment effectiveness.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA in HR or equivalent qualification.
- MUST have experience in the real estate, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
