Job Description

Our client, a reputed real estate company with a strong legacy in delivering grade A residential and commercial projects.

Position: DGM/GM/AVP HR & Admin

Industry: ONLY from Real Estate / Construction

Experience: 10+ years

Budget : Upto 45 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Talent Partner with experience in end-to-end recruitment across functions and seniority levels, aligning hiring with business goals.
  • Expertise in stakeholder management, working closely with leadership teams to understand hiring needs and drive efficient closures.
  • Strong track record in sourcing high-quality talent through diverse channels, including headhunting, referrals, and market mapping.
  • Skilled in managing the complete recruitment lifecycle from role scoping and candidate engagement to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Data-driven approach to hiring, with a focus on improving time-to-hire, candidate experience, and overall recruitment effectiveness.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA in HR or equivalent qualification.
  • MUST have experience in the real estate, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
