Job Description

Stelliumis seeking an experiencedTalent AcquisitionLeadto drive SAP hiring across functional, technical, and techno-functional domains.

The ideal candidate will be adept at managing recruitment operations, engaging with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and leveraging recruitment tools to drive hiring efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source, screen, and hire SAP professionals across functional, technical, and techno-functional domains
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting through onboarding
  • Build and maintain strong SAP talent pipelines for current and future needs
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements and priorities
  • Lead weekly hiring review discussions with management to track progress and resolve bottlenecks
  • Coordinate with external recruitment vendors and ensure quality andtimelyprofile delivery
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure alignment with hiring SLAs
  • Oversee induction programs and support smooth onboarding and cultural integration
  • Act as a point of contact for new hires during theirinitialonboarding phase
  • Utilize SAP SuccessFactors and ATS platforms for recruitment tracking and reporting
  • Track and report hiring metrics and recruitment performance indicators
  • Identifyopportunities to improve recruitment workflows and candidate experience

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in human resources or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in recruitment, including at least 3 years specializing in SAP across various modules such as EWM, TM, IBP, DM, FICO, MM, SD, HANA, ABAP, and related technologies.
  • Strong experience using SAP SuccessFactors and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Proven stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring streams in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience scaling recruitment operations in high-growth consulting organizations
  • Exposure to multi-region or global hiring models
  • Strong business understanding to align hiring priorities with delivery and revenue goals
  • Ability tooperateindependently and take ownership in dynamic environments
