Role: Talent Growth Analyst is responsible to 10X scale a futuristic AI-led modern technology consultancy that attracts *the best solvers* in the world to *solve differently at Searce* in order to deliver faster, smarter, better business outcomes for our clients & partners.
Major Roles & Responsibilities
- Sourcing Specialist is to execute sourcing strategies and plans focused on sourcing active and passive candidates matching opportunities with Searce
- Implementing the sourcing strategy along with sourcing qualified candidates for all roles at Searce
- Source potential candidates through generating referral from internal employees, job boards, social media channels and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Naukri, Cutshort, Etc.)
- Qualifying candidates for skill, cultural, and motivational fit, utilizing behavioral based approach and defined screening criteria's
- Proactively pipelining talent and creating pre-qualified candidate talent pools in line with the workforce plans
- Maintaining timely and accurate information on all candidate interactions in the ATS
- Maintaining contact with existing talent pool candidates to obtain and capture up to date market intelligence and briefing them on potential current and future opportunities
- Assisting with development and implementation of candidate initiatives such as candidate newsletters, marketing campaigns, sourcing strategies etc.
Education & Experience
Is Education overrated Yes. We believe so. But there is no way to locate you otherwise. So we might look for at least a Bachelor's degree in HR or technology and prefer an MBA or Masters in Human Resources.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in US specific talent sourcing is what we are looking at, preferably in product management or consulting background
- Someone with a flair for Technology
- Build capabilities to help reduce the time to hire and improve the overall efficiency of hiring
- Own the recruitment process, optimize its cost, be part of a growing team, and deliver best talent at the right time and at the right costs.
