Role & responsibilities
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Non-IT hiring
- Exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process
- Develop short term plan to enhance effectiveness of hiring programs.
- Effectively manage in a fast paced and competitive TA environment.
- Get involved in the partnership between organization and TA partners.
- Participate in diversified recruitment programs including job fairs, campus hiring, skill development programs etc.
- Use a systematic approach to identify improvement opportunities, rootcause analysis, recommending solutions, and implementing process improvements in accordance with client/company goals towards hiring the best talent from the market
Preferred candidate profile
- Bulk Hiring , Volume Hiring Experince is mandate
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
- Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
- Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different role
- Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills Good Analytical Skills
- Excellent in MS Office
