Role & responsibilities

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Non-IT hiring
  • Exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Develop short term plan to enhance effectiveness of hiring programs.
  • Effectively manage in a fast paced and competitive TA environment.
  • Get involved in the partnership between organization and TA partners.
  • Participate in diversified recruitment programs including job fairs, campus hiring, skill development programs etc.
  • Use a systematic approach to identify improvement opportunities, rootcause analysis, recommending solutions, and implementing process improvements in accordance with client/company goals towards hiring the best talent from the market

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bulk Hiring , Volume Hiring Experince is mandate
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
  • Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
  • Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different role
  • Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills Good Analytical Skills
  • Excellent in MS Office
