Role Summary

We are looking for a Lead – Talent Acquisition to drive high-volume frontline branch sales hiring

across BFSI/NBFC, ensuring timely closures, quality hires, and effective team and stakeholder

management.

Position Overview:

Job Title: Lead Talent Acquisition Volume Hiring- Business Delivery

Education: Graduation/Post Graduation Experience: 8 to 12 Years in end-to-end recruitment Location: Bangalore

Must Have:

● Proven experience in volume hiring, specifically in field sales and field operations in BFSI OR

NBFC.

● Strong understanding of the entire recruitment process.

● Demonstrated ability to handle large volumes of hires within specified timelines.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Graduation degree.

● Team Handling Experience

Job Responsibilities:

● Volume Recruitment Leadership:

● Lead and manage the end-to-end volume recruitment process.

● Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a high volume of qualified

candidates.

● Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities.

● Team Management:

● Supervise and guide a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.

● Provide training and mentorship to enhance the team's recruiting capabilities.

● Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

● Process Optimization:

● Continuously evaluate and enhance the recruitment process for efficiency and

effectiveness.

● Implement best practices in volume hiring to streamline operations.

● Stakeholder Engagement:

● Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.

● Ensure clear communication and understanding of hiring requirements

● Quality of Hire:

● Focus on the quality of hires while managing high volumes.

● Implement metrics to measure the success and impact of recruitment efforts.

Skills & Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in any field.

● Proven experience of 4 to 6 years in end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on volume hiring.

● Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

● Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

● Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
