Profile Summary :
The Lead TA will drive end-to-end volume hiring for field sales and branch operations roles, while leading and mentoring a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets. The role focuses on developing effective sourcing strategies, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring quality hires in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a high volume of qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities.
- Team Management:
- Supervise and guide a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
- Provide training and mentorship to enhance the team's recruiting capabilities.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Process Optimization:
- Continuously evaluate and enhance the recruitment process for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices in volume hiring to streamline operations.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
- Ensure clear communication and understanding of hiring requirements.
- Quality of Hire:
- Focus on the quality of hires while managing high volumes.
- Implement metrics to measure the success and impact of recruitment efforts.
- Volume Recruitment Leadership:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end volume recruitment process.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proven experience of 4 to 6 years in end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on volume hiring.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Must Have:
- Proven experience in volume hiring, specifically for field sales and field operations roles across branch locations.
- Strong understanding of the entire recruitment process.
- Demonstrated ability to handle large volumes of hires within specified timelines.
