Profile Summary :

The Lead TA will drive end-to-end volume hiring for field sales and branch operations roles, while leading and mentoring a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets. The role focuses on developing effective sourcing strategies, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring quality hires in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a high volume of qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities.
  • Team Management:
  • Supervise and guide a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
  • Provide training and mentorship to enhance the team's recruiting capabilities.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
  • Process Optimization:
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance the recruitment process for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement best practices in volume hiring to streamline operations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure clear communication and understanding of hiring requirements.
  • Quality of Hire:
  • Focus on the quality of hires while managing high volumes.
  • Implement metrics to measure the success and impact of recruitment efforts.
  • Volume Recruitment Leadership:
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end volume recruitment process.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Proven experience of 4 to 6 years in end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on volume hiring.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Must Have:

  • Proven experience in volume hiring, specifically for field sales and field operations roles across branch locations.
  • Strong understanding of the entire recruitment process.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle large volumes of hires within specified timelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
