Role Description

This is a contract to hire on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in WTC, Kharadi Pune. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruiting, which includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process. They will also be involved in employer branding activities to attract top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills
• Interviewing and Hiring skills
• Employer Branding skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus

Contract : 6 months.

Based on performance, the candidates can be offered permanent role in the company.
