Role: Lead - Talent Acquisition/TA Lead

Location: Bengaluru

What You'll Do

You will operate as a strong individual contributor and lead a small team of 35 recruiters owning the full-cycle technical hiring process end-to-end while driving data-led decisions and building sourcing excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run deep, end-to-end technical hiring across niche domains including Data Engineering, AI/ML, Gen AI, Agentic AI, Data Analytics, and Big Data
  • Leverage open-source sourcing tools and technologies (Boolean search, GitHub, LinkedIn X-Ray, ATS integrations, talent intelligence platforms, etc.) to proactively build pipelines
  • Mentor and guide a lean team of 35 recruiters, supporting their growth across the recruitment lifecycle
  • Maintain, analyze, and present hiring dashboards and scorecards to stakeholders identifying bottlenecks and driving course corrections in real time
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to align on priorities, SLAs, and quality benchmarks
  • Champion operational excellence refining processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate experience continuously

What We're Looking For

  • 810 years of solid end-to-end recruitment experience, with deep expertise in technical hiring
  • Prior experience hiring at GCCs (Global Capability Centers) and/or fast-paced startups is a strong plus
  • Demonstrated ability to work as an IC while managing a small team comfortable owning outcomes both individually and collectively
  • Excellent command of open-source sourcing tools and technologies; you know where talent hides and how to reach them
  • Strong data fluency you track, present, and act on metrics proactively, not reactively
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management ability
  • Hybrid work model (23 days onsite); immediate joiners preferred
