Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead Business & IT Leadership Hiring (APAC) to drive strategic hiring initiatives across Singapore and the broader APAC region. This role will focus on leadership hiring within IT staffing and business functions, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent aligned with evolving market demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute leadership hiring strategy across APAC, with a strong emphasis on IT staffing and technology leadership roles.
- Develop and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies for senior roles across IT services, digital, and business functions.
- Drive hiring for critical IT staffing mandates, including niche and emerging technology skill sets.
- Leverage recruitment analytics, ATS, and HRIS platforms to enhance hiring efficiency and decision-making.
- Build strong relationships with business leaders, delivery heads, and IT stakeholders to understand workforce needs.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and hiring regulations across Singapore and APAC markets.
- Champion diversity hiring initiatives, especially within technology leadership pipelines.
- Partner with employer branding and recruitment marketing teams to position Quess as a preferred partner for IT talent.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing TA team focused on IT and leadership hiring.
- Continuously improve candidate sourcing strategies, including market mapping and talent intelligence for IT roles.
