Role Overview
We are looking for a Team Lead Talent Acquisition to drive B2B sales hiring and lead a team of recruiters. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, team management, and stakeholder handling, along with excellent communication skills. This role requires ownership of delivery, hiring strategy, and quality of hires across B2B sales roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters to deliver on B2B sales hiring mandates
- Drive end-to-end recruitment lifecycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer rollout, and onboarding coordination
- Handle hiring for B2B sales roles across levels (SDR, BDR, Account Executives, Sales Managers, etc.)
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Plan hiring strategy, sourcing channels, and pipeline approach
- Track team performance metrics and ensure SLA and TAT adherence
- Conduct regular review calls and provide coaching and feedback to team members
- Ensure quality of candidate experience and stakeholder satisfaction
- Prepare and share hiring reports, dashboards, and market insights
- Drive process improvements and recruitment best practices

- 57 years of total recruitment experience
- At least 2+ years of experience in people/team management
- Strong background in B2B Lateral/ volume hiring
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and talent market mapping
