About the opportunity

We are hiring for a PE-backed renewable energy platform operating at significant scale across solar, hybrid, and BESS projects. The organization is growing rapidly and requires a seasoned Talent Acquisition leader to build and manage robust hiring capabilities across functions and levels. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, infrastructure-driven environments and can own recruitment end-to-end.

Key responsibilities

Engineering & Technical Hiring

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for engineering and technical roles across solar, hybrid, and BESS project verticals

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for niche technical and site-level positions

• Partner closely with technical functions to understand capability requirements and translate them into effective hiring briefs

Lateral & Leadership Hiring

• Manage hiring across levels from Deputy Manager to Functional Head, ensuring quality and speed at every stage

• Drive sourcing strategies tailored to renewable energy and infrastructure talent markets

• Engage passive candidates and maintain relationships with senior-level prospects for critical roles

Site & Project-Level Hiring

• Oversee volume and site-level recruitment across project locations in a timely and structured manner

• Coordinate with project and operations teams to anticipate hiring demand ahead of project milestones

• Ensure a consistent candidate experience across all hiring touchpoints

Process & Stakeholder Management

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding, minimising drop-offs at each stage

• Work closely with hiring managers to align on role profiles, interview processes, and offer benchmarks

• Track and report key recruitment metrics, with a clear focus on reducing turnaround time and improving conversion rates

Ideal candidate

• 10+ years of talent acquisition experience, with a significant portion in renewables, power, or infrastructure sectors

• Demonstrated experience hiring across functions and levels, including engineering, technical, and leadership roles

• Strong command of sourcing tools, recruitment data, and pipeline management practices

• Proven ability to reduce TAT and manage high-volume hiring without compromising on candidate quality
