We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead to drive recruitment excellence and lead our HR function with a people-centric and growth-focused approach.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in talent acquisition, HR strategy, policy-making, and operations, along with exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Hiring -
- Lead end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build and manage scalable talent acquisition strategies aligned with business needs.
- Manage and optimize ATS systems for efficient candidate tracking and hiring
- Ensure a seamless and quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
HR Strategy & Operations -
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies, processes, and frameworks.
- Lead the overall HR strategy to support business objectives.
- Handle HR operations including attendance, employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
- Work closely with leadership to drive culture, engagement, and organizational development.
- Ensure smooth HR workflows and adherence to company standards and compliance guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR with strong exposure to strategic roles and full-cycle recruitment.
- Strong command over HR policies, ATS tools, and recruitment processes.
- Hands-on experience in HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Exceptional writing/communication or journalism skills for internal & external communication.
- Ability to manage stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and leadership abilities.
