Job Description

Job Title: Head Talent Acquisition & Corporate HR

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Department: Human Resources

Reporting To: CHRO

Role Purpose

The Head Talent Acquisition & Corporate HR will be responsible for driving the company's talent strategy, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring, and managing key HR processes for corporate functions. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to build a high-performing, engaged, and future-ready workforce aligned with BIBA's growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across corporate, retail, design, and manufacturing roles.
  • Partner with business leaders to plan and fulfil manpower requirements effectively.
  • Design and execute employer branding initiatives to position BIBA as a preferred workplace.
  • Drive leadership hiring and build a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
  • Implement recruitment analytics, dashboards, and process automation for efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, search partners, and institutes.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion in hiring practices.

Corporate HR

  • Oversee HR operations for all corporate employees including onboarding, lifecycle management, and compliance.
  • Manage annual performance management and goal-setting processes.
  • Drive employee engagement and culture-building initiatives at the head office.
  • Partner with function heads to identify capability gaps and support development interventions.
  • Ensure smooth policy implementation and governance across corporate functions.
  • Support manpower budgeting, cost analysis, and productivity improvement initiatives.

People & Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a small team of recruiters/HR generalists to deliver business-aligned outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with HR COEs (Compensation, L&D, HRBP) to ensure a unified HR approach.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on talent trends and workforce planning.
  • Contribute to organizational projects related to digital HR transformation and culture enhancement.

Desired Profile

  • Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institute.
  • Experience: 810 years of progressive HR experience with significant exposure to Talent Acquisition and Corporate HR.
  • Industry Preference: Fashion Retail / Apparel / Lifestyle
