We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, attracting top talent, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
- Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a talent pool of potential candidates for future openings.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess candidates skills and qualifications effectively.
- Familiarity with social media recruitment strategies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
