We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, attracting top talent, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Responsibilities

  • Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
  • Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a talent pool of potential candidates for future openings.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assess candidates skills and qualifications effectively.
  • Familiarity with social media recruitment strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
