Location: Dwarka Mod, New Delhi

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Role Overview

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment efforts and attract high-quality talent across technical and non-technical roles. This is a hands-on and strategic position requiring experience in end-to-end recruitment, talent sourcing, onboarding, and HR coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions, including field staff and corporate roles.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and recruitment agencies.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs, define job descriptions, and set selection criteria.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and organizational culture.
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems, recruitment dashboards, and HR records.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 25 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within technology, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and sourcing strategies.
  • Experience with ATS platforms, job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment analytics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience hiring for technical roles such as engineers, specialists, pilots, or project-based positions.
