Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring, candidate sourcing, and recruitment coordination across multiple platforms and job portals.
The role requires someone who is proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple hiring requirements simultaneously while maintaining a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for multiple technical and non-technical roles across departments.
- Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with stakeholders/hiring managers accordingly.
- Source candidates through various job portals, databases, and professional networking platforms.
- Create and post job openings on platforms such as LinkedIn, Internshala, Hirist, iimjobs, Naukri, and other relevant hiring portals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on role requirements and eligibility criteria.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure regular communication with applicants.
- Compile, organize, and manage candidate data from different portals and sources.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and hiring reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ensure smooth onboarding coordination for selected candidates.
- Support the team in improving recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Prior experience in hiring for both technical and non-technical profiles is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment portals such as LinkedIn, Internshala, Hirist, iimjobs, Naukri, etc.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and candidate screening processes.
- Experience in compiling and managing candidate data from multiple hiring platforms.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic to advanced knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
