This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition IT and Non-IT Recruiter based in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. The Recruiter will handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process. The candidate will focus on executing effective hiring strategies while ensuring a positive candidate experience and supporting employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Collaboration with hiring managers and stakeholders will be a key aspect of this role.

• Proven experience and expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies
• Competence in conducting Interviews and executing efficient Hiring processes
• Understanding and application of Employer Branding to attract the best talent
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage recruitment priorities effectively
• Experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment is preferred
• Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
