Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site internship role for Talent Acquisition based in Mumbai. The intern will assist with tasks such as managing the full-cycle recruitment process, identifying and engaging with potential candidates, conducting interviews, supporting employer branding initiatives, and ensuring an effective and streamlined hiring process. Collaboration with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements will also be a key responsibility.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms

2. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

3. Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers

4. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers

5. Draft and post job descriptions on various hiring platforms

6. Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.
