Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Draft job postings and assist in publishing roles across platforms
- Support campus hiring and bulk hiring drives (if applicable)
- Help with employer branding initiatives and social media hiring posts
- Ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
