Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assisting with recruitment processes, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing HR data.
- Preparing job descriptions
- Screening resumes with matching skill sets and requirements
- Sourcing job search websites for potential recruits and contacting those candidates personally
- Interviewing potential sales staff members using industry-standard techniques
- Introducing new hires to the company and walking them through the hiring and training process
- Serving as an employee advocate for new hires as well as established employees
- Completing all new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet the expectations of the job
