Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
Recruitment Process Management
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
Manage the offer process, including negotiation and extending employment offers.
Employer Branding
Promote the organization as an employer of choice through social media, job postings, and campus outreach.
Represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and networking sessions.
Candidate Experience
Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates, from application to onboarding.
Data Management And Reporting
Maintain accurate and organized records of all recruitment activities.
Provide regular updates on recruitment metrics and progress to leadership.
