Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Conduct talent sourcing to identify and build a pool of potential talent that meets the defined requirements
- Review profiles and portfolios to assess candidates qualifications and experience
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate suitability and alignment using various channels, such as social media, job boards, professional networks, etc.
- Respond to candidate/coach inquiries and address any concerns or issues they may have
- Ensure a smooth experience throughout the onboarding process and establish and maintain positive relationships with potential pool
