The ideal candidate should be willing to learn IT recruitment from sourcing to joining in-depth with the intent to make a career in it. The ability to handle and look after multiple job profiles is a must.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for IT developers.
- Analyze the requirements to understand the resource need and deliver qualified candidates/consultants with a minimum TAT.
- Source, shortlist, and interview candidates based on the requirements.
- Maintain candidate/vendor relations; keep them updated on the progress of submittals.
- Hire for various IT roles across the board like RPA, Dot NET, Machine Learning, ServiceNow, and others.
- Implement strategies to source quality candidates from various job boards like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Negotiate CTC based on the budget allotted, create offer letters and manage the documentation required for onboarding.
- Regularly report on the performance of recruitment to the leadership.
