Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Conduct 30-40 outbound calls daily for candidate screening, follow-ups, and interview coordination
- Maintain complete documentation for every candidate across all stages of the hiring process
- Maintain and update hiring trackers, reports, and dashboards using MS Excel / Google Sheets
