We are looking for a proactive HR Executive who will primarily handle recruitment (70%) along with supporting HR operations (30%). The ideal candidate should be capable of managing end-to-end hiring while ensuring smooth HR processes and employee coordination.
The Core Responsibilities For The Job Include The Following
Recruitment (70%):
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles (Sales, Non-Tech, etc. ).
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers for requirements and feedback.
- Schedule interviews and ensure timely closures.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate pipeline.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.
HR Operations (30%):
- Assist in employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support attendance, leave tracking, and basic payroll coordination.
- Handle employee queries and HR coordination.
- Assist in exit formalities and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- Strong experience in recruitment (especially bulk/sales hiring is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of HR operations and documentation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).
