Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Actively source candidates using job boards, professional networks, and AI tools to build a strong talent pipeline for open roles.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) by organizing candidate profiles, applications, and recruitment data.
- Conduct market research to identify industry hiring trends, competitor practices, and potential new talent pools.
- Coordinate interviews by scheduling phone screenings, virtual meetings, and in-person interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by acting as the primary point of contact and providing timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Perform initial resume screening and assist with introductory phone screenings when required.
- Support administrative recruitment tasks, including coordinating background checks, reference checks, and pre-boarding documentation.
