Talent Acquisition Internship in Bangalore

We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team and gain hands-on experience in recruitment. The intern will support candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, candidate follow-ups, and maintaining recruitment trackers. This role offers practical exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-growing technology company.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate interactions and assess basic role fit.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and follow-ups.
• Assist in employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
• Support the HR team in day-to-day talent acquisition activities.
