What you'll do

• This is a hands-on role where you'll work directly on end-to-end hiring across teams.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
• Work closely with hiring managers on role requirements
• Maintain and track pipelines in hiring tools/sheets
• Help improve hiring processes and turnaround times
