Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities
- Source and screen candidate profiles from job portals and referrals
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
- Maintain and update candidate data in HRMS / ATS
- Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities
- Assist the HR team with day-to-day recruitment operations
