Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end onboarding of investors, including the collection and validation of required documents and personal details.
- Coordinate with the investor relationship (IR) team for status updates, missing documents, and investor queries.
- Maintain and update internal trackers, spreadsheets, and data files related to investor onboarding and capital commitments.
- Support in Demat-related activities, including unit transfer, demat verification, and communication with custodians/depository participants when required.
- Upload and manage documents in internal systems and ensure accurate record keeping.
- Track and report operational activities to the fund operations manager on a timely basis.
