Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our hiring and employer branding efforts. This internship offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes and a chance to work closely with an experienced HR team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage job postings across platforms and ensure they are updated.
  • Support HR in conducting initial HR screenings when required.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Assist in employer branding activities such as social media posts, career page updates, and recruitment campaigns.
  • Help organize recruitment drives, career fairs, and onboarding activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the TA team.
  • Prepare periodic recruitment reports and documentation.

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is a plus.
  • Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
