We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our hiring and employer branding efforts. This internship offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes and a chance to work closely with an experienced HR team.
Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage job postings across platforms and ensure they are updated.
- Support HR in conducting initial HR screenings when required.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Assist in employer branding activities such as social media posts, career page updates, and recruitment campaigns.
- Help organize recruitment drives, career fairs, and onboarding activities.
- Provide administrative support to the TA team.
- Prepare periodic recruitment reports and documentation.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is a plus.
- Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
