This internship is perfect for someone who wants to learn end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, hiring strategy, and candidate management inside a rapidly scaling startup.
Role Overview
As a TA Intern, you will support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, managing databases, and supporting bulk & urgent hiring needs.
You will work closely with TA Manager & HRBP to understand manpower requirements and contribute to smooth hiring operations.
This is a hands-on role designed to give you real recruiting experience, ownership, and industry learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, Naukri, and internal referrals
- Shortlist profiles based on job requirements
- Conduct primary screening calls and schedule interviews
- Maintain and update candidate trackers, hiring dashboards & daily reports
- Coordinate with hiring managers and panel members
- Support bulk hiring drives for field roles (Housekeeping, F&B, Operations, Property Managers)
- Manage communication with candidates through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Assist in onboarding documentation when required
- Create job postings, internship listings, and hiring creatives (with the design team)
- Provide daily updates to TA Manager and HR team
What We're Looking For
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Strong follow-up discipline and ability to manage multiple candidates
- Basic understanding of recruitment, HR practices, or willingness to learn quickly
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel, and basic documentation
- Positive attitude, patience, adaptability, and people-handling confidence
- Students pursuing graduation / freshers interested in HR are welcome
