About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team in identifying and hiring top talent. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and coordinate interview scheduling.
• Collaborate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements across multiple platforms.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Support recruitment-related administrative and operational activities.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and online job portals is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in Talent Acquisition.
